    I came in for a oil change and maintenance on my 2022 Rav 4. I wasn't there 10 minutes and someone from sales came up to me and was trying to get me to trade my car in for a cheaper one. I wasn't happy. I am happy with my car. I don't need a nother car payment. But my service advisor was awesome ( last name of Santiago ) he was up front and got on my vehicle. I would give 5 stars but after that interaction with that sales guy, it made me feel like I was put into a conversation , that I didn't need at the time. This interaction, was uncalled for.
